I am *so* glad I only pass by here after work since I get none of the previously mentioned lines.  I wait, but it's usually fast service (and I'm the one that usually asks for the stuff beyond the cone and cup).

Whenever I walk by here, it looks like it was tailored to the tourists; there's even a tiny section of "gifts" to give people.  Ben and Jerry lip gloss sounds cool though.  Potentially disappointing, but cool.

The people that work here are attentive, although sometimes borderline rude.  You can tell they hate their job and they emanate it with their psychic powers as though to infect you with their negative vibes, perhaps to plague the rest of New York with this sensation that their job sucks.

Their mission was a success many decades ago, though, as most people feel that way anyway.

Hey, you like being high? On the marijuana? Well so do the guys who work at this Ben & Jerry's. Not only was there a really long line, but it didn't move at all. And once I got up to the front - the guy helping me got my order wrong anyway.

To add to my frustration out of 3 choices for ice cream I picked 2 were not available. To which I asked, "you guys do sell ice cream right?" They were not entirely sure.

Hey Ben, hey Jerry, let's put down the wavy gravy for a minute and fix this place.

And by "wavy gravy" I mean, of course, the marijuana.

There was a pretty long line tonight, but service was quick and courteous!
Selections of ice cream are a little limited BUT!!!! they have fudge, brownies, cookies, cupcakes, and breakfast pastries! Never seen that at any other Ben and Jerrys!
And they have a nice sitting area so i was able to enjoy my ice cream without it melting all over me... good deal!
